Important note for app submissions
Your App Store privacy answers, Google Play Data safety form, permission declarations, and in-app disclosures must match the actual behavior of the specific app you submit. If a particular app collects additional data or uses specific SDKs, payments, ads, authentication, location, camera, or background access, those practices must also be reflected in the store declarations and, if needed, this policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to ZumtechINC websites, mobile applications, software services, and related support communications. It is intended to serve as the public privacy policy for our digital products, including apps submitted to the Apple App Store and Google Play.
ZumtechINC is the developer and operator of the services covered by this Privacy Policy. If one of our apps is published under the ZumtechINC name or one of our client brands we manage, this policy is intended to describe the privacy practices for that app unless a separate app-specific policy is provided.
Depending on the product or feature you use, we may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, phone number, email address, business details, account details, support messages, uploaded content, and any information you enter into forms. We may also collect technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, browser type, IP address, crash diagnostics, usage events, and approximate performance data needed to operate, secure, and improve our services.
